Why is my billing address asked for I thought these products were digital?

  You will receive your item(s) automatically in the email you provided at checkout please allow up to 10 minutes, if for any reason you did not receive your item please contact us at info@thebosspersona.com with your confirmation email and or check your spam folder 

Your website rejected my payment, but I was still charged. Will I receive my payment back and what does this mean?

  Our servers at The Boss Persona are incredibly secure and will reject any transaction detected as potentially fraudulent. Your billing address must match the credit card account's billing address. Additionally, your payment may be refused if you input the card number, address, or zip code incorrectly multiple times. This is done to safeguard our business and your identity. If you have not received an email confirmation from The Boss Persona confirming your order, it has not been processed. All pending transactions will be removed from your account between 3 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
